The servers were really rude at breakfast. They didn't wait until we've finished our breakfast. At 10:30 they took away everything (even from our table).

The location was very good, close to the city centre but far enough away to make the location quiet at night.
The hotel description was not very accurate. We booked a Studio, but there was no safe in the room, and their version of a kitchenette is a fridge, so we asked and the staff were very helpful and they lent us a kettle. The beds were very hard, although very clean.

We arrived at Residence Bologna and couldn't believe how close it was to the Charles Bridge, we therefore assumed we'd paid for location and not for the hotel. But we were wrong, we only paid 105Euros for 3 nights and the hotel was brilliant. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and really spacious and the bathroom facilities were great. I would definitely stay here again and reccommend it to anyone visiting the city.
The breakfast was only OK, but for the price of the hotel was good value. Also, there were quite a lot of loud people staying at the hotel but that's nothing the hotel can help.

We had a 4 bedroom room which is actually a whole flat with full kitchen, and big glassed terace with a dining table, we dough only slept in rooms. Hotel is 5 minutes of walk from astronomical clock (city center). Also there is parking garage in hotels basement accessible with elevator.
WiFi was only available in the lobby but not in rooms!
